If these rules are broken the offended user should email me to file a complaint (complaints will be kept private)...if I receive two separate user complaints about one owner, I will warn that owner about the types of things other owners feel they are doing to break our fairplay rules...if I then receive a third complaint the game in question will be set as a loss for the offender and the owner will be subject to a vote by the entire league as to whether they are allowed to continue as an owner.
Someone needs to be the complaint holder for me...
Fairplay Rules:
4th Down:
Don't going for it on fourth down unless it's late in the game and the distance is short or your down but enough points that its the only way to get back in the game. I don't think we need exact numbers as to when it should be illegal, but for the most part just stay away from goin for it on your own 25 with 9 yards to go. Let's play football like it's supposed to be played, and punt when you should punt.
Switched Positions:
no players playing positions that they wouldnt ever be playing... Unless like a trick play or injury or some legit reason but no CB's at QB cause hes a 98 speed or something like that.
D Lineman:
Movement along the line is fine and pulling back into coverage is fine...playing off the line and then blitzing on a regular basis to gain an advantage over the CPU AI is off limits
Play Clock:
I believe Airdank mentioned not running the clock down on every play, once we get to the last half of the 4th Quarter I completely understand the desire to shorten the game but if we're burning clock before that it kind of takes the fun out of it for everyone...I know sometimes it takes me the full time to call a play, get to the line, call motion, call hot route, ect but it shouldn't happen on the majority of your plays
Running with the QB:
Hard to define exactly what is cheesing, just please be reasonable and realistic with scrambling and other teams be reasonable about getting beat every once and awhile on a scramble
Play Calling:
Be reasonable with calling a variety of plays...this one is less a rule per say and more a strong suggestion so that the games are fun and interesting for everyone
